Here are your behavior options: skunk or sunshine.  Yep, there are only two…there is no gray.  Skunks stink up the atmosphere and infect everyone around them.  People RUN from skunks.  If you are sitting alone in the break room, it could be because you have skunk tendencies.

Sunshine.  People love sunshine.  They picnic, layout, and generally enjoy basking in the heavenly rays.  People who are genuinely concerned for those around them and behave accordingly are rays of sunshine.
