Power Words #4

Yeah, not that “certainly!”  Today, we’re talking about the word for yes that means YES, without a doubt!   When someone asks you a question, you could answer like 99 others woul-Certainly-d and say, “yes.”  But being in the 1% might be better, both socially and professionally.   The 1% would answer, “Why, certainly.”   Which one sounds better to you:  “Hey, do you have that report ready?”  “Yes.” or “Hey, do you have that report ready?” “Why, certainly.”

Standing out in the crowd, for the right reasons, is always a good thing.  Holding yourself to a higher standard of behavior is hard work–and it takes practice.   Start today and use the power words I’ve taught you so far until they become second nature in your vocabulary.
