Thirty years ago, I taught my first etiquette class in DeRidder, Louisiana. Who knew moving from Mississippi to Louisiana would help launch a career as an etiquette specialist? Charm lessons were something I took for granted–because when you’re a kid, farting is funny! But the lessons I learned help navigate socially awkward situations, uncomfortable conversations, and klutzy falls and paved the way for the years of polite behavior.
I hope you’ll enjoy this blog as I share the etiquette I’ve used to move through the world with confidence.
